Dine in candlelight in the splendour of our oak-panelled Olive Tree Restaurant or al-fresco in the courtyard garden in the summer months, listening to the fountain gently burble in the background. Our creative, inspiring Chef uses only the finest, locally sourced ingredients to produce mouth-watering dishes that are a delight to both the eyes and the taste buds.
For the height of luxury stay in our Appledore Suite. This fabulous suite encompasses two large rooms; the living room with double Jacuzzi, flower arrangements and flat screen, wall mounted television and two sofas arranged cosily around the fireplace leads through glass French doors into the bedroom with antique four-poster bed, silver filigree lamps and accessories and an en-suite bathroom with double ended bath and oversize shower.
