Hotel policy regarding pets staying inside the hotel

We are happy to allow pets to stay with their owners in the hotel but we must insist on certain precautions to protect the hotel, other guests, and the pets themselves.

Please adhere to the following for the duration of your stay.

• Well-behaved dogs welcome.
• Dogs must remain on the lead at all times while in the hotel.
• Pets are not allowed in the Reading Room or Olive Tree Restaurant.
• Pets are welcome to dine with you in the Appledore Bar or Foyer Area.
• If the animals foul on the hotel grounds, it is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dogs.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the hotel room under any circumstances.
• Pets are not permitted on the furniture (sofas, chairs etc.)
• You must book a pet-friendly bedroom on the upper ground floor. Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly rooms.
• The pet charge is £15.00pppn, which includes the cleaning fee, a pet bed, pet Towel, pet bowl, and Welcome pack.
