At what time is Check in?

Check in is from 3:00pm.

(For Group bookings please contact your group organiser to check times)

Can I check in earlier?

We offer an early check in (availability allowing) from 12pm for a small charge of £20/room. Please contact us 48 hours prior to your arrival to enquire about the availability for an early check in.

We are unable to offer a check in earlier than midday.

At what time is Check out?

Check out is before 11:00am.

Can I Check out later?

We offer  late check out options (availability allowing). Standard check out time is by 11am.

12pm check out £20/room / 1:00pm check out £40/room / 2:00pm check out £50/room

Do you have parking available at the hotel?

Yes, we have a car park at the front and back of the hotel. Parking is free of charge.

We also have larger parking spaces for Coaches, Large Vans, trailers etc. These are on a first come first served basis. You can phone reception on 01237472361to check the availability during your stay.

Are there electric vehicle charging points at the hotel?

Yes we have five car charging points at the hotel.

If you have a POLAR Card you can use our BP Chargemaster ones by parking up yourselves.

If you require use of our Tesla Chargers, you can park up and visit the reception desk who will take payment and turn this on for you. We Charge £15.00 per charge for the Tesla Chargers.

Do you have storage facility for bicycles?

We do not have a storage area for bicycles inside the hotel however our carpark is fairly secure with CCTV covering most of it. We also have parking both at the front (road facing) and at the back of the hotel and there is a bicycle rack near the entrance to the hotel. Please note you do need your own lock.

Are you open to non-residents?

Of course we welcome all locals and visitors to all our facilities excluding the swimming pool and play park which are for residents use only.

Are dogs welcome at the hotel?

Yes, we have specific rooms that dogs can stay in. Please contact the reservations team to check availability for this. You’re welcome to take your dog in our Appledore bar and foyer lounge, but we ask that you keep them on a lead. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Olive Tree restaurant, Reading Room Afternoon Tea Lounge, Swimming pool area or Childrens Playpark. This with the exception of service dogs.

There is a charge of £15 per night, per dog (this charge does not apply to service dogs). Once we have your pup booked in we will ensure there is a doggy goodie bag in place for them to enjoy.

Do I need to book for dinner in advance?

We recommend making dinner reservations in advance to guarantee your preferred times however we will always try to accommodate.

Don’t forget if you book accommodation direct we offer 10% off all food during your stay.

All afternoon tea bookings need to be made with 24 hours’ notice.

Is there local transport links?

There is a bus stop situated directly outside the hotel offering a regular bus service to many of the local attractions, please see timetable 21_21A_21C_020723.pdf (tiscon-maps-stagecoachbus.s3.amazonaws.com).

Do you have a lift to all floors?

We have a lift to both our first and second floor rooms, we recommend contacting reception if you have any mobility requirements to ensure the most suitable room is allocated.

Do you have ground floor rooms?

We have got rooms on our upper ground floor which can be accessed via 5 steps.  There is no level access to the upper ground floor rooms.

Do you have a swimming pool?

We have an outdoors seasonal pool, please contact reception for opening times.

Can I open a room account?

We are a pay as you go hotel where we kindly ask our guests to settle any charges, at the point of consumption or when presented with a bill. Staff will be aware of any inclusions in your stay and will charge for additional items ordered at the time of ordering. The only exception to this is when dining in the Olive Tree Restaurant for a meal, where the bill will be issued to you after your meal. You can enjoy a speedy check-out knowing that all charges for your stay have been settled in advance.

Do you offer porterage?

We do not offer porterage as standard, however if you do require assistance with luggage on arrival or departure, please do ask our front desk team who would be happy to assist you.

Do I need to book Spa treatments in advance?

We do recommend booking spa treatments in advance to avoid disappointment. Don’t forget if you book accommodation direct with the hotel we offer 10% off all spa treatments.

Does your spa have other facilities?

The R&R spa is a dry spa and offers a range of treatments only. To see the treatments they offer you can visit their website (link here)

Do you have air conditioning?

None of our rooms offer air-conditioning.

Do you have cots?

There are no cot beds or cots available at the hotel.
