Charity Teddy Bear Picnic

We are hosting a Big Teddy Bears Picnic in the Venetian Ballroom on Saturday 18th March 2023, 12noon – 2.30pm. We are hosting DYLAN the bear as part of the CHSW Bear Hunt to raise funds for Children’s Hospice South West.

All tickets include a Picnic Snack box of Sandwiches, Brownie, Victoria Sponge, Fruit & Veg Snack and a drink.

ADULTS £7.50pp

CHILDREN £10.00pp (Over 18 months)

Under 18 Months – £Voluntary Donation

• There will be a Children’s disco for the duration. So bring your dancing shoes. Your chance to dance with Bluey, the Gruffalo or Chase!
• The bar will be open to purchase additional food or beverages. This is a licensed bar for alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
• All guests are required to bring their own picnic blanket/chairs or set up. If you require a table or chairs please request this on booking.
• There will be face Painting & Glitter tattoos by the amazing Sparkle & Co.
• And a visit from ‘BLUEY’, The ‘Gruffalo’ and also ‘Chase’ from Paw Patrol.

There will also be a raffle with prizes donated from R&R Spa and Magical Guests Character And Mascot Hire Devon & Cornwall.

Booking Terms. This is a charity event to raise funds for Children’s Hospice South West. Money for tickets is due on booking, tickets are non-refundable. All good and beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased from the premises.
