Breakfast can be included within the tariff and or added on at the hotel for £15pp, it’s served in our beautiful Olive Tree Restaurant. Choose from a continental buffet, and/or a cooked breakfast which will be freshly made to order.
Free Wi-Fi is available across the hotel and in most bedrooms and all guests have access to our Reading Room which is perfect for relaxing with a book or catching up with some work whilst you’re away.

Superior & Superior Estuary Rooms
Superior bedrooms at the Durrant House Hotel enjoy modern décor, an Italian marble en-suite, tea & coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and thick white fluffy towels. Superior Estuary Rooms offer a unique view out over the Taw Estuary and out onto Devon’s rolling green countryside
Unlike our Standard Rooms, our Superior Rooms have the added benefit of a spacious seating area with a comfortable Sofa or Armchairs, as well as a larger TV. Superior Rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors (lift available) with pleasant views of the countryside.

Romantic weekends in North Devon don’t come much more luxurious than a break in a Romantic Room at The Durrant House Hotel in Bideford. These spacious bedrooms boast either a Jacuzzi and some even have the luxury of a wooden 4-poster bed.
Our Romantic rooms have Elegant décor and a spacious seating area and all have their own unique décor.
